Phil brings over 40 years of operations experience in the petrochemical industry including project management, plant operations, plant start up and scale up with DuPont, Koch Industries and Shell.
Most recently, Phil led the commercialization of Low Carbon Fuels Technologies for Shell where his team profitably developed, designed, constructed, and started up several new first of kind processes.
He is experienced at leading large refining, chemicals, and lubricants capital projects. He was a site the General Manager for a Koch/DuPont petrochemical complex in La Porte Texas and a plant manager for a Shell Downstream petrochemical plant in West Virginia.
