Maria joined Synata Bio in 2020 and serves as Director of Human Resources. She is responsible for Staffing, Training & Development, Benefits, Compensation, Employee/Labor Relations and Driver of Employee Engagement. Her passion is building positive and thriving organizational cultures.

Maria began her career in the Human Resource field in the union construction industry. She has also supported companies in the global medical device industry, electrical supply distribution, durable goods manufacturing and food and supplement manufacturing businesses.

Maria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Benedictine University and an MBA in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Coaching from Lewis University in addition to holding a SHRM-SCP certification from Society of Human Resource Management.
